The Global Greeter Network

Greeters Monica and Eunice met a family from Nouvelle Caledonia - Judith and Eric with a young daughter in the stroller (she was camera shy) and Judith’s mum.

"They only have a couple of hours, so we did a brief visit to QVB before heading to North Sydney by train. Walked to Lavender Bay to view Wendy’s Secret Garden and along the boardwalk for views of Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The weather was beautiful, so we walked across the Harbour Bridge to The Rocks - all in good time. We said our goodbyes at The Rocks". #Sydneygreeters The Global Greeter Network

The Global Greeter Network

Today's report is from greeter Martina
"Janne and I spent a fabulous day together last Thursday. We travelled by ferry from Pyrmont Bay to the Quay where we visited Rocks and had coffee on top of MCA. Then ferry to Watsons Bay, lunch on wharf at Doyle's and walk along Gap trying to spot whales (no luck). From there bus 380 to Bondi Beach where we arrived with late afternoon light (beautiful). Travelled back via Bondi Junction to the City.
A day well spent for both of us" #SydneyGreeters The Global Greeter Network

The Global Greeter Network

Today's report is from our greeter Joanne.
"I met Alma, Begonia and Rebecca from Mexico in Potts Point. We wandered through Woolloomooloo looking at the architecture and noticing the range of economic circumstances from Public Housing to the Finger Wharf apartments. We finished off walking around Farm Cove and the Opera House. I left the young women at Customs House with the suggestion that they visit O-Bar for a 360-degree view of the city." #Sydneygreeters The Global Greeter Network
